Justin Dehorty

Justin Dehorty is a machine learning engineer and founder of AI Edge, where he develops research tools that bring ideas from mathematics and machine learning into financial market analysis. He created the open-source Lorentzian Classification indicator and has received multiple recognitions for his work on TradingView, including his 2025 induction into its Pine Script Hall of Fame as a Pine Script Wizard.

Alongside AI Edge, Justin works on AI and developer tooling within Bentley Systems’ CesiumJS ecosystem and serves as an AI advisor to Garry Kasparov’s Renew Democracy Initiative. His background includes research at the National Institutes of Health and a master’s degree in computational chemistry from Georgia Tech. Across these fields, his interest is the same: turning difficult scientific ideas into software people can explore, understand, and use.

Through his YouTube tutorials and open-source TradingView scripts, he shares the methods behind his work and uses community feedback to improve the tools he develops. His goal is to make advanced research something people can understand, test, and build on.
