AI Edge service agreement

This is the current risk acknowledgement presented when activating AI Edge access (version November 8, 2026). References to Agree and Cancel below apply to that activation screen; this page is a read-only copy.

AI Edge Copilot, an optional Beta, has its own Copilot Beta Agreement that you see only if you turn Copilot on.

Nothing here constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All trading involves risk, and users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and risk management.

We don't collect your scripts by default

In short. AI Edge does not collect your Pine Script source code unless you choose a feature that needs it. Studio editing and compiling run in your browser. No AI model receives your scripts unless you opt in to an AI feature that needs them, such as AI Edge Copilot.

What stays on your device. When you write, edit or compile a script in Studio, the work happens in your browser. Your script's source code and its saved versions stay there. Signing in to AI Edge does not upload them.

What a study sends. When you run a study on AI Edge's servers, your browser sends a compiled version of your strategy, your dataset, your settings and the parameters to test. It does not send your script's source code. AI Edge uses this only to run the study and keep its results in your AI Edge account.

When AI Edge receives your source code. Only when you choose a feature that needs it. If you turn on cloud source sync for a script, AI Edge stores that script's source and saved versions in your AI Edge account so you can open it on other devices. You can stop syncing a script and remove its cloud copy. AI Edge Copilot works differently, as the next paragraph explains.

AI Edge Copilot is a separate, optional trial. AI Edge Copilot is in a trial phase (Beta) and is off by default. This agreement does not cover it. If you turn on Copilot, AI Edge first shows you a separate Copilot agreement. Copilot can read your scripts and send them to AI providers only after you accept that agreement.

We don't reuse your strategies. AI Edge does not sell your scripts, does not use them to train AI models and does not reuse your private strategies.
