Studio Settings
Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Studio Settings. Choose a section on the left. On a phone, tap the section name at the top to switch sections. Account, which opens first, shows your profile, plan and usage.
To change your profile, subscription, billing or connections, open Account Settings on the AI Edge website.
Studio preferences are separate from a script's Inputs and Properties and a study's search and scoring settings. Use the setting that matches what you want to change:
| Change | Where it takes effect |
|---|---|
| Chart colors | The Studio chart's appearance. |
| Low-bar warning | New Study's import warning in this browser. |
| Metric Colors | Color thresholds in study lists and results; the scores stay the same. |
| Browser Storage | Copies of browser-study progress on this device. |
| Experimental | Paid plans only. Features available in this build, usually for this account in this browser. |
Change Candle Colors
The Studio section shows where to change candle colors. In Studio, right-click the chart and choose Settings → Symbol → Body, then pick the colors. The chart keeps them. They do not change your script, its orders or any score.
Set the Low-Bar Warning
- In Studio Settings, choose the New Study section, then find Data Validation. This is a section of Studio Settings, not the study-creation page.
- Select the number beside Low bar count warning.
- Enter a whole number from 50 to 10,000, then press Enter. The app shows Threshold updated. If it shows Invalid value, it keeps the old number.
The warning appears during uploads when the data has fewer bars than this number. Turning the switch off hides the warning in this browser only. It does not change the upload checks or Minimum Trades.
Choose Metric Colors
Metric Colors sets the red, yellow and green ranges for study metrics. For each metric, drag a handle, use the arrow keys, or select the number and type a new one. Max Drawdown works the other way round, because a smaller drawdown is better. Reset to Defaults restores the original ranges. The colors are stored in this browser. A green value is not proof that a result will hold up.
Request a Boost Refund
Account shows Request a refund while your Trader Max Boost is active. After the boost expires, the link stays while the purchase can still be refunded under the Add-On Purchases Refund Policy. Select Request a refund, describe the reason in 10 to 1,000 characters, then select Submit Request. The AI Edge team reviews each request, usually within 3 business days. Refund request submitted means AI Edge received your request, not that the refund is approved.
Manage Browser Storage
Browser Storage lists the copies that studies run in your browser keep on this device. Progress already written to a copy can survive a closed tab, but closing the tab while your browser is still running trials stops the run. Until a result is uploaded, it exists only in this browser. Removing a copy never deletes a study or any result saved to your account. Before you remove one, read Studies That Run in This Browser.
Turn On Experimental Features
Experimental has switches for features that are still being tested. Each one stays off until you turn it on. The section appears only for paid accounts that can use at least one of its features. AI Edge Copilot, in beta on the test service, is open to every paid plan. The other features need Max, including an active Trader Max Boost. Try Experimental Features explains the switches you can use.
Get Help or Send Feedback
Feedback has Suggest a Feature, Report Issue and View Docs. Suggest a Feature and Report Issue each start an email to business@ai-edge.io in your mail app; you can also write to that address from any mail service. If you have turned on AI Edge Copilot, both open the Copilot report form instead, and you review what is attached before anything is sent. View Docs opens these guides in a new tab; Help & Guides in the sidebar is another route.
